Teddy Bear picnic

I tend to get a bit hyper and childlike at times ( embrace that inner child right ?) and I know a lot of my friends do too.

Second Life is a place where you can be what you want to be, and can have fun doing it, no one is going to look at you funny if you turn up with pigtails and your favourite stuffed bear but they might do in rl at the office lol!

In the spirit of care free fun I thought of my child hood and how I once went to a teddy bear museum , all the old fashioned bears captured my heart , I clearly remember the song playing on low volume was a song” if you go down the the woods today your in for a big surprise if you go down to the woods today you’ll never believe your eyes coz todays the day the teddy bears have a picnic ” (or something like that), to this day I can’t see Paddington bear or see a scruffy old bear with one eye in a antique shop without getting warm and fuzzy.

Its only reasonable then to have our own teddy bears picnic,  deep in the little woods located  in the corner of the sim, checkered blankets down, bears of all shapes and sizes came along to hang out and our dear Dragonfly friends came to join us.

I must say we had quite the giggle, chatting about shoes, avis and naughty things (I had to cover the teddys ears), we stayed laying out on the grass and nibbling marmalade sandwiches for hours just chatting in good company I really enjoyed it and my Teddy did too !
